Iranian Researchers Produce Repeater, BTS Antennas
“Belad Azarbaijan Innovators Group” is the knowledge-based firm that produces repeater and BTS antennas.
“In the field of mobile communication, there are many blind spots with poor mobile signal coverage. By using repeater and BTS antenna equipment, these blind spots can be covered and the quality of communication can be improved,” said Iraj Torabi Momaqani, the managing director of the knowledge-based company.
“BTS (Base Transceiver Station) is a series of new technologies that enable telecommunication companies to communicate between mobile users,” he explained.
“In this system, data is transmitted wirelessly to mobile phones through the telecommunications tower in the form of radio waves. Also, reverse communication is also established through this platform from mobile phone to BTS,” added Mamaqani.
“The biggest achievement of our collection is the production of repeater and BTS broadband antennas that can cover three bands at the same time,” he further noted.
He called for more support and facilitation of affairs from the Iranian Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy for the knowledge-based firms in the country.
