Iranian Knowledge-Based Firms Participate in ‘Arab Health’ Expo in Dubai

TEHRAN (ANA)- Iran's national pavilion was set up at the ‘Arab Health’ exhibition held in Dubai on January 29 to February 1, 2024.

Arab Heath 2024 provided a platform to address and outline global challenges in the field of health care, while creating opportunities for participants to connect with stakeholders from around the world and share the advancements and achievements of the sector.

The Iranian knowledge-based companies which attended the exhibition displayed their latest products in the fields of physiotherapy equipment, electronic surgical devices, therapeutic tools for musculoskeletal disorders, artificial intelligence software, liquid oxygen tanks, pregnancy consumables, advanced dressings, human-derived connective tissue, granule, and biology.

Iran's national pavilion was set up in this exhibition with the support of Innovation and Prosperity Fund and International Science and Technology Interaction Center of the President Office.

One of the programs of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund to help the development of the export market of knowledge-based companies is to support the presence of these companies in permanent foreign exhibitions as well as participation in prestigious international exhibitions in two forms of independent presence and setting up a pavilion.

Earlier reports also said that several Iranian knowledge-based companies established a pavilion at the ArabPlast exhibition held in Dubai, the UAE, on December 13-15.

The pavilion was held with the support of the Center for International Science and Technology Interactions of the Iranian Vice-Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy.

ArabPlast 2023 exhibition was the first premium trade exhibition in the Middle East in the field of plastics industry and is held every two years at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

Four main areas of the ArabPlast 2023 exhibition were ‘plastic’, ‘rubber’, ‘petrochemical’ and ‘packaging industries’.
