Elaheh Zolfaqari, the managing director of the company, said the Digital Signage technology has been indigenized by the company.

“To this end, we developed the software that is applicable to the hardware produced in this company.”

Zolfaqari referred to queuing and payment kiosks, commercial displays, and smart boxes as some of the hardware manufactured by the company.

This technology is mostly used in closed spaces for advertising and informing, ticket sales, reception, and payments in restaurants and similar spaces, she explained.

The system can be used for providing services from ticket sales to information dissemination and advertising.

The idea of digital signage was formed almost 30 years ago by connecting videocassette devices to CRT televisions.

Digital signage, sometimes called electronic signage, refers to display technologies like LED walls (or video walls), projection, and LCD monitors to vividly display webpages, videos, directions, restaurant menus, marketing messages, or digital images.

Digital signage functions in different settings — public spaces, museums, sporting arenas, academic buildings, retail stores, corporate spaces, and restaurants — to offer wayfinding, messaging, marketing, and outdoor advertising.

From 1990 onwards, with the emergence of the Internet and the provision of a platform for the transfer of information by connecting screens to the Internet platform, a special look at Digital Signage was formed in the world.
