Iranian Startup Makes CNC Robot for Development of Businesses

Sohrab Yousefinejad, the managing director of the knowledge-based company told Iranian media that various parts are made with CNC 5-axis profile grinding machine for different industries.
“So far, two of 5-axis profile grinding machines have been designed which can grind different types high precision gears and spiral profiles,” the engineer said, according to the public relations department of the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology.
“The 5-axis profile grinding machine has broad applications in various industries. Generating different profiles on stone using CNC method without the need for complex movement mechanisms is one of its capabilities.” he continued.
According to the news service of vice presidency, the managing director of the knowledge-based company, said the machine can create different profiles on the abrasive tool surface without the need for complex mechanisms. “The user can change the dimensions and specifications of the gears by changing the input parameters and it also has the capability to correct structural errors in the profile automaticly.”
“Some types of gears can only be made with this machine,” he said, adding that the parts that used to be imported into the country such as gears of pumps have been produced with this machine.
