"We started designing this system almost three years ago when the global view of the traditional phone call changed to multi-faceted one," Mohammad Reza Sakhavar, the managing director of a technological company operating in the field of smart communications and telecommunications based in Pardis Technology Park’s growth center, told ANA.

“Previously in the past years, focus used to be only on voice and video in the communication networks; but over time and with the progress of engineering and the world of high-tech, there was a move towards the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with the world of video and voice calls,” he said.

“We coded specific data from call centers and telephone networks for any organization and group that wanted this smart system,” he also said.

Saying that in the world a few countries have designed and utilized a smart cloud call center system so far, Sakhavar added, "One of the things that motivated our team a lot was domestically producing the smart system which is possessed only by a few countries. "

Touching upon the various functions of the smart cloud call system that make it superior to traditional systems, he explained, “One of the most important goals we had from the beginning was to allow education and training for impoverished and remote regions in the country. Following that, we thought of developing an online call network for organs and government bodies.”

"This system is a good alternative to all traditional telephone networks that need wiring and lines. Instead of using traditional telephone center purchases, this system uses online space."

"The capability to store all data and contact information in an unlimited cloud space provided to organs and offices through this system is one of the most important superiorities of it," said Sakhavar to note about the use of cloud in this system.

“There is no need to buy a traditional call center,” he furthur said.

He pointed to the use of AI to analyze the data in the smart system, saying, "The system uses AI technology to train a series of data."

"AI has been used in the cloud call center system to analyze the tone of the parties when calling, customer satisfaction, customer viewpoints, the performance of human resources in organs," said Sakhavar. “In fact, the machine is trained through AI.”

The managing director of the technological company based in Pardis Technology Park further pointed to other applications of AI in the system, saying, “Converting speech into text and diagnosing accents, the type of languages used are among the other applications of AI in this system. People with speech or writing disabilities can also use this system to have a job in an organ and communicate with the workplace.”

“The system will be unveiled on May 4 at the INOTX exhibition. Two domestic companies have employed this systems,” said the manager. The INOTEX 2024 exhibition is slated to be held on May 7-10, 2024.

“After the unveiling and commercialization of this system, ordinary people can also use its services after downloading the releted software from a online market,” Sakhavar continued.

“The system has the capability to help the people who register on it and submit their resume to find jobs from home by linking them to organs and bodies that need online and telephone support,” he added.
