ICT Research Center Participates in Expo of ECO Members
The exhibition was held with the aim of exchanging experiences in various fields of digital transformation and development of international cooperation.
The third meeting of the ministers of Communication and Information Technology of the ECO member states was held in Tehran on July 12 and July 13.
The event was hosted by Iran's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology with the aim of discussing and reviewing ECO's regional strategy for the development of the 2025 information society and the development of multilateral technological cooperation among ECO member countries.
Earlier this month, a spokesman for Iran Space Agency (ISA) said that the Agency is holding talks with the ECO member states for export of space-related products.
Given the valuable experiences of the country in the space industry, Hossein Daliriyan stated that Iran can be exporter of space products to these countries.
He said that Iran Space Agency and ECO member states have held constructive and fruitful talks in the field of bolstering space cooperation.
ECO is a good capacity for cooperation and the Agency can be exporter of space-related products given its high capacities and valuable experiences in the apace industry, Daliriyan emphasized.
