Iran to Reveal Over 20 New Nuclear Achievements During Revolution Anniversary
Mohammad Eslami, President of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization and Vice President, confirmed in an interview that the country will showcase these achievements during the Ten-Day Dawn celebrations, marking the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.
“These innovations cover medicine, healthcare, environmental protection, and industrial applications, reflecting the nation’s scientific progress,” Eslami said. He emphasized that nuclear technology is being applied to improve the quality of life for Iranians.
Among the key developments is a radiopharmaceutical for skin cancer treatment, placing Iran among the global leaders in producing such medicine. The drug has completed clinical trials and is now part of the national medical supply, offering effective treatment to patients.
In addition, Iran has established 12 clinics using cold plasma technology for wound treatment, with more facilities expected to open nationwide shortly.
Eslami also highlighted advancements in cutting-edge nuclear-related technologies, including quantum science, laser applications, and deuterium processes, describing these as future-oriented innovations positioning Iran at the forefront of scientific research.
He added that further achievements in industrial, environmental, and mining sectors will be gradually revealed, reflecting the country’s ongoing effort to harness nuclear science for national development and public welfare.
