“The company has founded all processes as a modern system and has succeeded in receiving the certificate of quality management system in the automotive industry with the scope of designing and manufacturing metal-composite and polymer parts,” Reza Aryamanesh, the managing director of the knowledge-based company, told ANA.

“The set of connection brackets, anti-theft battery box, fuel tanks, metal side protection, compressed air tanks and car body wind deflectors are part of the company's products, which are made with metal, polymer and composite materials to have low weight. The products are made with laser and composite technologies,” he added.

“We are negotiating with Uzbekistan for the export of Isuzu cars and with Turkey for the export of anti-theft battery boxes,” Aryamanesh noted.

The Iranian knowledge-based companies have made good progress in developing laser technology.

In a relevant development in January, specialists of an Iranian knowledge-based company had succeeded in building a laser plasma device for material analysis which greatly reduces the time and costs of exploration and mining and processing of mineral and metal materials.

“We produce plasma laser analyzers which are used in steel, metallurgy, aluminum, and metal and mineral industries to detect alloys and minerals,” said Abouzar Heidarzadeh, the managing director of the knowledge-based company.

“This product greatly reduces the time of exploration and extraction in mines and the costs of exploration and processing of mineral and metal materials,” he added.

Heidarzadeh explained that analysis of various elements, including iron, copper, lead, zinc, manganese, gold, silver, etc., rapid qualitative and quantitative identification and analysis in less than five seconds, the possibility of analyzing minerals with high speed and accuracy in the mine, warehouse materials, mineral depots, etc., no need to prepare the sample and send it to the laboratory, high identification accuracy due to very high temperature plasma, and the possibility of customization for one or more specific elements are among the features of the laser plasma material analyzer.
