Ejlali, the record-holder of the Thailand bodybuilding competitions traveled to Malaysia this year and achieved the fifth-place medal in the Men of Steel Championships. Between 2022 and 2023, Ali Ejlali a professional bodybuilder, participated in 10 consecutive World and Asian Championships held in Thailand, winning five gold medals and a fifth-place finish. He has competed in four international individual overall winner contests in Thailand, securing the prize sword four times.

He had previously participated in pro-level international competitions under the banner of the Iranian Bodybuilding Federation. Now residing in Turkey, he engages in tournaments as an independent athlete at personal expense, which have been accompanied by notable success.
