3D Holographic Monitor Developed by Iranian Company to Advertise Products
The company, for the first time in Iran, has managed to provide a 3D holographic display that can be a good and amazing guide for introducing products, entertainment, historical places, exhibitions, museums, restaurants and hotels to guests and tourists.
“This hologram monitor can display images previously created by animation software in three dimensions and display brands or products wherever necessary,” Keyvan Doust Kam, the designer and provider of the product, told ANA.
“One of the different features of this product compared to the foreign samples is that the footages of this screen are produced by ourselves and any number of them can be displayed based on the customer’s demand,” he added.
A holographic display is a type of 3D display that utilizes light diffraction to display a three-dimensional image to the viewer.
Holographic displays are distinguished from other forms of 3D displays in that they do not require the viewer to wear any special glasses or use external equipment to be able to see the image, and do not cause the vergence-accommodation conflict.
Some commercially available 3D displays are advertised as being holographic, but are actually multiscopic.
