Russia Ready to Benefit from Iran’s Technological Capacities
“Considering the technological capabilities that exist in Iran, we are ready to cooperate in this field,” said Fursenko.
Regarding the field of technology that is the priority of Iran, there is a special determination and concern for its development in Russia, he added.
Fursenko made the remarks in a meeting in Tehran with Rouhollah Dehghani Firouzabadi, the Iranian Vice President for Science and Technology.
“These areas are of strategic priorities in life. For example, we must pay serious attention to the issue of transportation.”
“Meanwhile, we can make positive changes and reforms in the field of environment, where we are facing challenges, with the help of technology,” he stressed.
In all technological fields, energy has an important place, he said, adding, “We pay serious attention to the field of artificial intelligence, as a widely used scientific and technological field. Considering the technological capabilities that exist in Iran, we are ready to cooperate in these fields.”
