Researchers at the company have developed the formulation for Neurozome, which is produced using sucroliposomal and liposomal technologies. According to the company, its development reflects a broader move from general-purpose supplements toward specialized and highly specialized products.

Speaking at a ceremony marking the unveiling of new pharmaceutical and supplement products, Ashkan Ehsani, CEO of the knowledge-based company, introduced Neurozome as the company's first innovative oral supplement developed using nanotechnology.

Ehsani said the company is developing sucroliposomal and liposomal technologies for injectable medicines and nutritional supplements, covering the process from raw-material sourcing to final product manufacturing.

He added that the technologies are being developed in stages with the goal of enabling large-scale production.

Focus on specialized supplements

Ehsani said the company aims to move beyond conventional supplements such as vitamin D3 and iron toward highly specialized products, a direction that has received growing attention internationally in recent years.

He pointed to increasing attention to conditions such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism in children. The company, he said, therefore sought to develop a specialized product targeting this area.

The formulation was developed in consultation with pediatric neurologists, Ehsani said. The recommended dosage was also reviewed by specialists in the field.

According to Ehsani, the product uses sucroliposomal and liposomal technologies and is intended to be used as a complementary product in relation to ADHD, autism and certain psychological issues affecting children.

The reported applications represent the company's intended use of the product and should be evaluated against relevant clinical evidence and regulatory approvals.

Tirzepatide drug unveiled

The same ceremony also saw the unveiling of Linco, a tirzepatide-based drug.

Dr. Azimi, deputy head of the company, said the tirzepatide drug was being unveiled under the Linco brand.

He emphasized that the event represented more than the launch of a new brand, describing the product as the result of months of work and collaboration by a team of about 400 people.

Azimi said he hoped the launch would become a milestone in the growth of Valian and mark the beginning of a new phase of development for the company.
