Iranian Company Protects Environment by Recycling Waste of Stone Factories
Mahab Sanat Construction company designs and manufactures machines for mud recycling, produces artificial stone by recycling the fine mud of stone quarries, constructs road from construction debris and waste from stone quarries, and produces concrete from the waste of quarry plants.
“Our company has been able to take a positive step in cleaning the environment through conducting research on consumption of raw materials by using the waste of stone-cutting factories and also prevent the wastage of large amounts of consumable materials with high quality and low costs,” said Nabati, the managing director of the knowledge-based company.
He explained that the experts in his company change the structure of consumables of factories and make their products recyclable.
“We are saving lots of energy and we have implemented this plan by recycling most of the materials of stone-quarry plants and brick and pottery factories,” Nabati said.
A quarry plant is a facility where stone and similar minerals are extracted by open pit mining and then processed for use in the construction and building industries.
In quarry plants there are minerals and stones suitable for processing such as volcanic rocks, kaolin, gravel, granite, limestone, marble and sandstone.
