Iraq Exports over 102 Million Barrels of Crude Oil in June
TEHRAN (ANA)- Iraq exported about 102.31 million barrels of crude oil in June, the country's Oil Ministry announced.
During the month, about 102.01 million barrels were exported from oil fields in central and southern Iraq via the port of Basra, said the ministry in a statement, citing statistics from the State Organization for Marketing of Oil, an Iraqi company.
A total of 302,620 barrels were sent to neighboring Jordan in June, said the ministry.
In May, Iraq exported about 104.13 million barrels of crude oil, according to the ministry.
Iraq's economy heavily relies on crude oil exports, which account for about 90 percent of the country's revenues.
