Iranian Students Bag Several Medals at Int’l Invention Competition in Indonesia

TEHRAN (ANA)- The Iranian students could win 13 medals at the International Science and Invention Competitions 2022 in Indonesia.

Mehdi Rashidi, the scientific secretary of Avicenna National Festival announced the news, saying that a total of 32 countries and 570 teams had participated in various segments of the competition.

He added that the Iranian students grabbed 4 gold, 7 silver, and 2 bronze medals in the competition.

The competition was held in Indonesia on November 1-5.

The Iranian team consisted of Mehrbod Bani Amerian and Arvin Yaqoubi in the field of technical engineering and electronics as well as Paria Kadkhodayee who grabbed a gold medal in the field of chemistry-nanotechnology.

Also, Hassan Kakanejadi and Kousha Rostami won the silver medals in the field of computer science.
