Iran Sells 120 Million US Dollars of Cars to Foreign Countries
The Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA) reported that around $120 million of various types of cars were exported from March 21 till September 22.
In this period, Iran exported about $1 billion of polymer products and approx. $200 million of home appliances respectively.
Iran exported 67.744 million tons of non-oil exports including petrochemical, oil, mining and mineral industries' products, and industrial and agricultural products, valued at $24.144 billion, from March 21 to September 22, 2023, IRICA reported.
Iran’s non-oil exports in volume in this period registered a 29 percent growth compared to the same period last year, IRICA added.
According to the data released by the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI), the industrial and agricultural sectors accounted for 15 and 6 percent of the country’s total non-oil exports respectively.
In this period, petrochemicals and gas condensates accounted for 52 percent of the total non-oil exports of the country in terms of value, IRICA added.
