“We are active in developing online platform for training people with new technologies. We have succeeded in designing a platform that provides services and physical products like robotics training package with two DVDs. It is offered to children,” Milad Ehtiat, the managing director of a technology unit stationed at the Science and Technology Park of Amirkabir University of Technology, told ANA.

“This platform teaches children programming, robotics, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and new technologies,” he added.

Ehtiat stated that the online platform for teaching new technologies is not just an online class, saying, “Online classes along with smart files are provided to students on a weekly basis. In fact, files are unlocked every week for children exclusively at a specific time.”

“The goal of our knowledge-based company is designing an online platform for teaching new technologies so that children from small towns to big cities can use a standard and high-quality robotics education,” he added.

Ehtiat noted that non-Iranian scholars from different countries, including Germany, Austria, Britain, Spain, Kuwait, UAE, Italy, Canada, Oman, and Afghanistan, are also using the system.

In a relevant development in August, researchers of a knowledge-based company in Iran had also succeeded in designing electronic educational products for school students.

“The educational products designed in our company provide information to students. They include book bank, e-book, automation and question bank. These products can be used by schools and students,” Alireza Rezayee, a member of the board of directors of the knowledge-based company, told ANA.

He added that all educational contents, like book exercises, textbooks, and national exam questions, are provided to students and schools in the form of chapters and lessons in this educational program, noting that students can be trained and even evaluated by using this electronic system.

Rezayee stated that the system can also provide a report on the performance of students and school to administrators which can reduce costs of education by 90%.

“All activities of our company, from code-writing to other activities, are carried out electronically and online. The UNESCO international organization chose our company as the first knowledge-based system and the first top e-learning company,” he added.
