Iranian Researchers Produce Skin Healing Cream
Accoridng to a report by the Iranian Vice Presidency for Sicence and Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Reza Sahebi, the managing direcor of a knowledge-based company in Iran that produces regenerative skin cream said that their creams are produced based on plant, human exosomes, algae and medicinal mushrooms.
“The knowledge-based product of this company is healing creams that is categorized in the field of regenerative medicine. These creams are either driven from the cells of the patients themselves or are plant-based," the researcher said.
He said that they produced the skin repair cream based on biological scaffold materials in order to convey the necessary message related to the synthesis of collagen and various growth factors to the deeper layers of the skin. “This cream is useful for healing wounds, eczema and skin rashes and even for things like wrinkles and better skin hydration.”
“This product is now on the way to commercialization. Its clinical trials pahses have been conducted and ISO standards approvals have also been received. By receiving a large-scale production license, this product can enter the market widely by the end of this year,” Sahebi continued.
The managing director of the company further noted that their product can meet the needs of the domestic market, adding,“We are capable of meeting the needs of the market whatever the size of the market is. We have the capability to produce 10,000 to 100,000 data-x-items of each of these products,” he concluded.
