Researchers in Iran’s Hamedan Produce "Medicinal Sauce"
Vahid Baghestani Nikoo, the CEO of Aria Ideal food stuff factory, which is situated in Bu Ali Industrial Township in Hamedan city told Iranian media in an interview that they founded their firm in 2007 and currently as many as 50 people are working in their factory that produces sauces, pickles and tomato paste.
The CEO of Aria Ideal food stuff factory, also said that more than 18 different types of sauces in different restaurant and market packages are produced in the factory, adding, “This company was picked as the best manufacturing unit in the province and it was selected for its compliance with consumer rights and being a top entrepreneur.”
He added that its products are exported to countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Persian Gulf countries, European countries and Central Asia.
“There are more than 50 sauce-producing factories in the country but the reasons behind our sauces' popularity are the innovations and creativity in the production of sauce,” Baghestani Nikoo also noted.
He added that they have innovated a medicinal plant as their latest product which is very healthy.
“Recently, a medicinal sauce variant has been patented, which is a combination of sauce as a delicious seasoning with a series of medicinal herbs, which are usually less welcomed due to their unpleasant taste, but by combining these two substances, a beneficial combination has been produced that will come to the market soon.”
He went on to point out that they used Hamedan’s organic garlic in producing sourness and exported Hamedan’s local garlic to other countries through their products.
