Islamic Azad University Researchers Make Gas Flow Measuring Device, Dust Meter, Sound Meter
Head of the Waste and Effluent Research Center and Director of the Air and Sound Pollution Research Group of Islamic Azad University’s Isfahan branch Mojgan Ahmadi Nadoushan told ANA that the field of activity of the group is measurement of air pollutants, environmental dust and sound in various environments.
“In addition to being a research center, the Waste and Effluent Research Center is also one of the trusted laboratories of Isfahan province which has received a license from the Environmental Protection Organization, and its achievements include signing several environmental self-declaration contracts, implementation of several research projects, and publication of over 30 scientific research articles,” she said.
“One of the problems of the Waste and Effluent Research Center of Islamic Azad University’s Isfahan branch (Khorasgan) is the lack of certain required devices, and therefore, negotiations have been made with the head of the university to resolve them. Testo 350 gas flow measuring device, Mat One dust meter and sound meter are among the devices produced by this center,” Ahmadi Nadoushan added.
