The system also has advantages such as classifying cost centers into different activities for the end price and the ability to separate accounts into different projects, he noted.
Entering data related to financial documents in the simplest and fastest way in both rial-based and foreign currency-based methods is the other advantage of the system, Keihani added.
Moreover, the system also provides the possibility to automatically issue closing documents, open and close accounts, record images of document attachments in accounting documents, as well as the possibility of controlling notes, and unregistered and canceled documents.
According to Keihani, the system has the capability of preparing a complete report on the circulation of received or paid checks of an account or customer and preparing a report on the circulation and balance of an account in the separation of cost centers and projects.
It is also able to produce balance sheets and basic financial statements, and prepare review reports of accounts at all levels, he highlighted.
Preparing accumulative and comparative reports, issuing receipt and payment documents and assigning each row of documents to the desired center, and automatically registering operations have also been made possible by the accounting system, he concluded.
