Knowledge-Based Company in Iran Manufactures Heat Exchanger, Specialized Industrial Parts
“For the first time in Iran, we were able to design and manufacture heat exchangers with extensions and specialized industrial parts,” Bahram Ahmadkhani, a graduate of Urban Geography field from Payam-e Noor University in Mahabad and the managing-director of the knowledge-based ‘Tajhiz Mobaddel Miran’ company, told ANA.
“We have supplied different services to various industries, including chemical industries, oil and gas, power plants, mining industries, tiles, ceramics, food industries and dairy production lines, and have been able to provide cooling and heating systems in key industries, including petrochemicals, food, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, steel and foundry, power plants, dairy, etc.,” he added.
Ahmadkhani said that specialized industrial parts, different types of shell and tube heat exchangers, plate and spiral heat exchangers are other products of his company, noting, “Heat exchangers work based on the second law of thermodynamics and cause heat transfer between two or more fluids without mixing them.”
A heat exchanger is a system used to transfer heat between a source and a working fluid. Heat exchangers are used in both cooling and heating processes.
The fluids may be separated by a solid wall to prevent mixing or they may be in direct contact. They are widely used in space heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, power stations, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, petroleum refineries, natural-gas processing, and sewage treatment.
