Vietnamese Real Estate to Prosper in 2025
TEHRAN (ANA)- The period of Vietnamese real estate's prosperity will last from the second to the fourth quarter of 2025, Vietnam News reported, citing Nguyen Quoc Anh, deputy general director of the property listing platform Batdongsan.com as saying.
Buyers and investors will pay more attention to investment and price appreciation, and land and villas will finally come to the party, he said.
He said the country's real estate market was now in the "exploration" stage, the sentiment index is flat and buyers are waiting for positive signals.
He expected the consolidation period to begin in the first quarter of 2025, with buyers still prioritizing their own housing needs and good cash flows.
In 2026, the market will enter a stable development period, and people will look for investment opportunities again, he said.
