Production of Cost-Effective Industrial Ink by Iranian Knowledge-Based Company
“The research team of our company first started its laboratory phase through the incubator center of Islamic Azad University’s Qom branch, and after completing the laboratory process and establishing the company, it started its industrial activity,” Amir Hossein Pishgou, the vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of the knowledge-based Shimi Noavaran Gilda company, stationed at the Islamic Azad University of Qom, told ANA.
“The company's field of activity now is the production of ink for pen, fountain pen, and marker, etc., which are all imported and were not produced in the country so far,” he added.
Pishgou noted that the advantage of the ink produced by the company compared to imported inks is its affordable price and easy access for the customers.
In a relevant development in September, an Iranian company used nanotechnology to make nanostructured conductive ink and paste.
“Our company is a knowledge-based company stationed at Pardis Science and Technology Park. The production of nanostructured materials and development and compilation of technical know-how for making products by using nanotechnology are among the areas of activity of our company,” said Ebrahim Akbarzadeh, the managing director of Paydar Ebtekar Armina engineering company.
He added that his company produces conductive ink and paste, copper composite, graphite, antibacterial polymer films with copper nanoparticles, effective antibacterial agent of household water filters, and activated carbon containing nanoparticles and color pigments.
