The researchers at one of the technology companies have developed a new AI tool to diagnose heart diseases and predict heart attacks. According to them, this device can provide the necessary information to the patient within one minute with more than 99% accuracy.

Cardiovascular diseases are among the diseases that have affected many people not only in Iran, but also in entire world. These diseases are the most common cause of death in industrialized countries, in such a way that almost one out of every three deaths of people over 35 years of age is due to heart diseases, especially coronary artery involvement.

In order to diagnose these diseases early and also tackle heart attacks, Iranian researchers have developed a new tool with the help of artificial intelligence technology, which according to them, can predict heart attacks in one minute with more than 99% accuracy.

"In order to prevent heart attacks and diagnose heart diseases, we designed a an tool with the development of a new model of artificial intelligence and its initial production has begun,” Sadegh Kazemi Fard, the head of the team of researchers in conducting the researcher project, said in an interview with Iranian media.

He considered the basis of the design of the tool to be artificial intelligence technology, saying, “This product is a portable device and is capable of analyzing and monitoring three vital heart parameters.”

“The artificial intelligence model produced by analyzing the parameters and other patterns required for heart disease is diagnosed and the results of the experiments will be supplied to the doctor,” he added.

“This tool is capable of predicting heart attacks and pointed out that if there is a possibility of a heart attack, this device is able to diagnose and report it, and based on the tests carried out, the accuracy of this device is 99.8%," he went on to say.

Saying that the prototype of the device has already been designed and built, Kazemi Fard added, “The development of this device is in the phase of receiving license from the health ministry.”
