He made the remarks while accompanying the visiting president of Algeria’s assembly Ibrahim Boughali and his entourage on a visit to Iran Innovation and Technology House in Tehran.

Referring to the existence of similar innovation houses in different sizes in other countries, he said, “We hope to be able to have a similar infrastructure [and facility] in Algeria in the future.”

The head of the CISTC stated that the shared beliefs and perspectives between Iran and Algeria will help both sides establish new economic cooperation, adding, "We are fully ready to transfer existing science and technology  to the technologists of country(Algeria).”

"House of Innovation and Technology exhibition is only a small part of the achievements made by Iranian technologists and knowledge-based companies, and there are many other achievements in this field that are not displayed in this exhibition," he added.

"If we want to develop scientific and technological cooperation, then Iranian experts should be aware of Algeria's potentials and on the other side, Algerian experts should be aware of Iran's potentials," Mirabadi said.

He further announced the readiness of Iranian knowledge-based companies to participate in Algerian technology-focused exhibitions and invited Algerian technological companies to participate in Iran's technological events so that the two countries can learn more about each other's capabilities.

The chairman of the CISTC called on the president of the Algerian assembly to facilitate and encourage technological cooperation between the two countries in order for these bilateral exchanges to take place.

Boughali, for his part, praised the great efforts that has been made in the fields of medical equipment, agricultural and cultural fields in Iran, and said, "The new policy of the Algerian government is based on reducing dependence on oil and gas and making more diversified investments in different sectors."
