‘Pars PVD’, ‘Tolerance Atrisa’, ‘Iran Bronze Steel’, ‘Kimiyae Saadat Sanat Modern’, ‘Ara Ceram’, ‘Noor Mehr Hoda’ and ‘Negar Gostar Javid’ companies have made the product.

This coating can be applied on different substrates in different thicknesses and can deposit a thin film with a nanometric thickness.

It can create a favorable and smooth appearance for decoration applications, high hardness and wear resistance, and high resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and erosion.

The product can be utilized as hard protective coating for industrial parts, diffusion barriers for semiconductor industry, thin films for optic applications, pipelines, sporting goods, home appliances, metal bars, frames, and knobs, and instruments and devices which are often exposed to wear, erosion and corrosion during use and cleaning.

Earlier this year, decorative golden steel sheets for application in buildings were also manufactured by an Iranian nanotechnology company.

‘Mandegar Steel Pars’ made the product that is a golden steel sheet whose surface is coated by a yellow ceramic thin film. It ensures the decorative beauty and makes the surface anti-corrosive and anti-abrasive.

Application of a ceramic thin film on the steel sheet can lead to better corrosion resistance, improved abrasion and erosion resistance, and strengthened mechanical properties.

The golden sheets can be used in interior and exterior facades of buildings, elevators and other decorative appliances.
