Mongolia's Foreign Trade Turnover Up Nearly 28 Percent in H1
TEHRAN (ANA)- Mongolia's foreign trade turnover expanded 27.9 percent year on year to 11.8 billion US dollars in the first half of this year, data released by the country's National Statistics Office (NSO) showed.
The mineral-rich Asian country registered a surplus in foreign trade balance as exports exceeded imports by 3.3 billion dollars mainly due to a significant increase in the exports of mining products, the NSO said.
During the January-June period, the landlocked country traded with 143 economies.
