Tehrani Teenage Girls Present Creative Ideas for City Management in "Tehran Dokht" Event

According to a report by the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology, Tehran Dokht will be a platform for idea generation about the active and effective role of Tehrani teenage girls in resolving problems in cities. The platform is a social technology and a ground for synergizing and utilizing the potentials that young girls have in presenting a centralized solution for their active and effective participation in tackling urban issues.

The event will be also an opportunity for networking, familiarizing of girls with other new ideas, writing experiences, education and providing creative solutions with the aim of helping to resolve the active and effective activism of adolescent girls.

Among the main objectives of the event, there are "creating a common understanding of the issue of active and effective activism of Tehrani teenage girls", "focusing on presenting creative social solutions", "training social activists", " writing experience " and "presenting the achievements of social activists".

Also, among other programs of holding Tehran Dokht, "Enhancing collectivism for more active and effective activism of Tehrani teenage girls", "Maximum use of collective wisdom", "Creating an idea bank for use at regional or national level " and "Networking and synergy among social activists".

The event is held for young activists who can register their ideas in the technology-focused event. Idea owners will then be invited to present their ideas after initial evaluation is done and, if their ideas are selected, they will attend the final event.

At the final event, the best and selected ideation teams will be awarded and will receive support for the implementation of their ideas.
