“Our products are related to the field of monitoring environmental conditions during the production, maintenance and transportation processes, and these products are capable of monitoring environmental conditions under certain protocols,” Farshad Nazari, the sales manager of the Iranian company told media.

He said that enviornmental condition monitoring sensors produced in their company come out in two online and offline models, adding that their sensors collect data through different means.

Nazari highlighted that food, pharmaceutical, biological and petrochemical industries are areas where the sensors can be utilized, adding, “One of the most important parameter which these sensors monitor is ‘temperature, but, online sensors are capable of monitoring important parameters such as humidity, pressure, acceleration, different gases and floating particles in the air. Being informed about the mentioned parameters is very important for industries as they can affect their industreis' products.”

The researcher went on to say that their product is equipped with alert systems to report any imbalances in environmental parameters, adding that the sensor notifies the operator via SMS or email.

He added that the sensors produced in their company have been manufactured in the form of “tags/labels” which are considered as the new generation of “data loggers.”

Nazari pointed to tiny size of the sensors produced in their company as another advantage, noting, “Our Cool Tag is a sensor that is used for moving manufactured products while the Process Cool Tag is used for production processes.”

According to him, these sensors have replaced the previous systems that enjoyed large size.

He further said that the new very small-size sensors cam send thermal reports to the operator.

The researcher further pointed to the production of sensors for moving liquid products such as milk, concentrate and malt in their company, saying, “This sensor is placed inside the milk tanker and records the temperature degree.”

“Currently, our product is used in industries such as biological, food and pharmaceutical,” Nazari went on to conclude.
