Iranian Knowledge-Based Company Produces Smart Bakery Equipment
Abulqassem Es'haq Abadi, the managing director of an Iranian knowledge-based company said that they produce different types of smart machines for baking bread and sweets to meet domestic needs.
“Automatic and smart machines for baking all kinds of traditional breads and a fully automatic tunnel traditional bakery machine are the knowledge-based products of this company, which are designed and produced in accordance with environmental standards,” he said after stressing that their products have met Iranian and European CE standards.
“The very low fuel consumption of the ‘portable machine’ which makes it a completely hygienic platform for bread production is because of its good insulation,” he noted
He pointed out that being equipped with electronic temperature and speed control system, and minimizing the required space to install them are among other advantages of this smart equipment.
The director further stated that they are the only company inside Iran that produce such machinery, adding, "Our product has no foreign-made equivalent."
With regard to the other advantages that their smart bakery equipment has over similar rivals, Eshaq Abadi said that they decreased air pollution by 80%, save 2.8 billion cubic meters in gas and diesel consumption.
He also said that their machinery releases 850 tons less polluting gas into the country's atmosphere.
According to him, they provide better after-sales services to the customers as another great advantage that their product has over the similar foreign machines, which help them export their products to 48 countries throughout the world, including USA, Canada, Australia, Africa and European countries.
“Basically, we were always looking for a greater share in the market. For that, we employed advanced technologies to meet global standards. Accordingly, we designed our quality management system based on the ISO 2001-2008 standard,” the researcher said.
“Fortunately, we have been able to develop our share in the domestic market as well,” he continued.
