Iranian Company Develops Biometric Identification System
Biometric identifiers are the distinctive, measurable characteristics used to label and describe individuals. Physical biometrics, such as fingerprints and facial recognition are currently used for security purposes.
Tahereh Biglar, the manager of a knowledge-based company’s business development department, said the company is providing IT infrastructure services such as data center, software design and development, IDALL service, and electronic payment services to public, private, and startup companies.
The knowledge-based system is used for identity authentication. This integrated system does not have an equivalent inside the country and is sold in two web-based and mobile versions, she added.
“IDALL makes authentication possible for users without the need to keep passwords and usernames and by using fingerprint, face, and voice biometric technologies in a completely safe and fast manner.”
Using the system does not require a separate registration to enter, and it works based on the authentication approach without a password and using a mobile number, she pointed out.
“Therefore, users will no longer face the problems of remembering and saving passwords and can enter their desired platform by sending messages.”
In addition, using the system makes it possible for organizations and companies to have a more accurate analysis of their customers and provide them with services based on the needs and knowledge they gain from users in the long term, she concluded.
