Iranian, Venezuelan Knowledge-Based Companies Sign 48 MoUs
The MoUs were signed between Iranian knowledge-based, creative and government companies and Venezuelan companies, traders and investors during the days of the exhibition. Some of the agreements were inked in the form of product sales contracts.
The MoUs were signed with participation of 30 Iranian companies active in various technological fields, specially oil, gas and petrochemical industry, health, medicine and medical equipment.
In the meantime, a joint committee of the International Science and Technology Interaction Center of Iran’s Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology and the Venezuelan government was formed to follow up implementation of the contracts.
Among other achievements, the largest Iranian technology delegation’s visit to Venezuela was holding over 2,000 meetings between Iranian knowledge-based, creative and government companies with the Venezuelan businessmen, investors and companies at the booths of the exhibition. These meetings are hoped to help the expansion of Iran-made products market in the Latin American country.
It should be mentioned that the exclusive Iran-made exhibition in Venezuela which started on September 24 led to the endorsement of 48 cooperation agreements and holding of several face-to-face meetings between Iranian and Venezuelan companies.
The exhibition was held with participation of 82 Iranian companies and 50 Venezuelan technology groups, and the largest and most strategic Iranian companies in the car-making, agricultural, medicine, medical equipment, ICT and creative industries attended the event and displayed their achievements.
