New App Developed by Iranian Company Facilitates Management of Buildings

Mohammad Saeed Rostami, the managing-director of the technological ‘Pouya Resaneh Pasargad’ company, told ANA that the aim of developing the ‘Charjino’ project is to make the management of residential and commercial buildings smart and in the meantime organize the services rendred to the people of each neighborhood in a way that they can perform the services of their neighborhood online through the application. ‘Charjino’ organizes the whole process from ordering to payment.

Online payment of monthly charges and costs of the commons at the residential buildings and commercial/office complexes, the buildings’ online fund (customized accounting system for the buildings) to record the financial inputs and outputs of the buildings which can be displayed to the residents in the form of a transparent report, the capability to record all types of receipts online by the managers of a building with different access levels, smart bulletin boards with the ability to record announcements and events and online surveys are among the functions of the ‘Charjino’ app.

Providing different types of reports to the building managers, having a completely separate representative panel for each province, city and neighborhood with a defined access level and implementing the neighborhood manager plan (building management and their executive services online for a particular neighborhood) are among other fuctions of 'Charjino'.

The capability of requesting different types of services online in a completely separate way in each location, cleaning services, building and elevators repairs and all other services in a separate way, shopping from the neighborhood (daily shopping from the closest place), rendering services of buildings in a targeted way and price and rent control are other advantages of the ‘Chargeino’ app.

The practical, smart and technological product is a proper platform for the society’s working class so that they can have a good job and income in a managed manner, and it enjoys the capability to pay bills by using the direct portal of Bank Melli Iran (BMI) without any fees for the users.
