Iran-Made LCP among Most Qualified Construction Materials Worldwide

TEHRAN (ANA)- Iran's Light Ceiling Composite (LCP) is so qualified that has introduced the country as a very serious competitor for the world's most reputed construction material producers, managing director of a technological company said.

Mohammad Reza Akhtari, the managing director of Ariatous Light Ceiling Composite Company which is located in Islamic Azad University in Bojnord in the Northeastern part of the country said, "The LCP which is produced by my company enjoys very high resistance. It is environmentally friendly and it does not need reinforcement and concreting." 

"The LCP is a new ceiling which can meet demands of a construction industry remarkably. The LCP is a compound of steel and cement which is completely a pre-fabricated product. The LCP will be ultimately connected to primary and secondary beams by welding or mechanical connections," Akhtari said.  

"The Iran-made LCP which weighting almost 80 kilograms in each square meter can suitably resist against buildings' loads. The LCP comprise good situation among various kinds of ceilings in construction market because it enjoys both lightness and industrial production privileges," he went on to say.
