One of the projects of the Center for International Science and Technology Interactions of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology is implementation of a cooperation program with the Iranian experts and entrepreneurs abroad to transfer the know-how, experience and expertise of the specialized Iranian expatriates to their colleagues inside the country.

This project, implemented in cooperation with the Iranian universities, research centers, science and technology parks, technological companies and selected incubator and innovation centers, supports cooperation of experts in the form of various projects, including holding lectures and specialized workshops, postdoctoral courses, study opportunity courses, cooperation as a visiting and designated professor, establishment of a new company (start-up), employment in technology companies, etc.
