Iranian Company Offers IP Phone Service to Reduce Business Costs

Internet Protocol (IP) phone is a telephone that is used with voice over IP (VoIP) telephone services.

Gostaresh Khadamat Kara Company was established 22 years ago, working in the field of ICT (information and communication technology) by manufacturing various products in this field.

Amin Fat’hi, the managing director of the company, told ANA that businesses spend a lot of money annually on organizational communication.

By using web-based telephone centers using IP phones, in addition to reducing costs up to 50 percent, it will be also possible for remote employees to access corporate calls, he explained.

“Recently, we have produced two IT products in addition to the previous products,” Fat’hi said, adding, “The products include IP telephones and web-based telephone centers with different capacities.”

“It is hoped that the company would be able to supply a large volume of the products to the domestic market this year for the use of governmental and non-governmental companies and organizations,” he highlighted.

Businesses spend a lot of money annually on organizational communication while using a reliable enterprise phone system, in addition to reducing costs by up to 50 percent, it also enables remote employees to access enterprise calls.

For the time being, many governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as industrial companies use the company's products at small and large levels.

So, the product is being manufactured on a commercial scale, gaining a very good share of the market.

Gostaresh Khadamat Kara Company is supported by the Islamic Azad University, Science and Research branch.

Currently, 10 students are working directly, and at least 40-50 people are working with us on a part-time basis, Fat’hi added.

He went on to say that if the company can hold international exhibitions with the support of the Islamic Azad University, the link between the industry, the university, and the export market for technical and engineering services will be boosted.
