Iranian University Wins Award of Int’l Society of Hypertension
Nazal Sarrafzadegan, the director of Isfahan Cardiovascular Research Institute, won the prestigious Claude Lenfant WHL Excellence Award 2025 from the International Society of Hypertension.
This award is given every two years to researchers and specialists who have played an effective and scientific role in the prevention and control of hypertension at the global and national levels and is highly prestigious.
Established in 1966, the International Society of Hypertension (ISH) is committed to promoting and encouraging the advancement of scientific research and knowledge and its application to the prevention and management of heart disease and stroke in hypertension and related cardiovascular diseases around the world.
The ISH is dedicated to scientific innovation and advances in medical care in the field of hypertension.
