“Our company operates in the field of producing various types of surgical and laboratory gloves, safety boxes, and blood collection and sampling tubes and containers,” said Maryam Saberi, the marketing manager of the company.

“In the field of gloves, our ability is in fast and high quality supply. In the case of safety boxes, the specialized opening door design and durable structure are among the distinguishing features. Also, in blood collection tubes, high temperature resistance, unbreakability and grooved design in the lower part, which maintains the quality of the sample and ease of movement, are among the strong points of our product,” she added.

Saberi also said that the company's products are exported to Iraq and Afghanistan.

Iranian Vice-President for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy Hossein Afshin announced in June that Tehran exports home-made medical equipment to 60 countries of the world.

Afshin made the remarks, addressing the opening ceremony of the International Exhibition of Medical, Dental, Pharmaceutical and Laboratory Equipment (Iran Health 2025) held in Tehran on June 8-10.

He noted that it is an honor that the Iranian manufacturers are collaborating with Iran's skilled community of medical experts, adding any industry lacking innovation and cutting-edge technology will gradually be removed from competition.

Stressing the export potential of Iran-made medical equipment, Afshin said if a product can meet domestic consumption standards, it can certainly be exported to other countries.

Referring to supportive plans for promoting innovation in medical equipment, he said, “This year, we have two special initiatives to strengthen the link between R&D and the medical equipment sector.”
