Iran, Armenia to Carry out Joint Energy Projects
TEHRAN (ANA)- Armenian Ambassador to Iran Grigor Hakobyan and Iranian Minister of Energy Abbas Aliabadi discussed new ways for expansion of cooperation in energy fields.
“Issues pertaining to the Armenia-Iran cooperation in the energy sector were discussed during the meeting,” the Armenian Embassy in Iran said in a readout, Armenpress reported.
“Both sides attached importance to implementing joint projects, in particular, the need for completing the construction of the third Iran-Armenia high voltage power transmission line during this year was stressed,” it added.
