29th Int’l Oil, Gas Expo Held in Iran
The opening ceremony was participated by Iranian Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad, CEO of the Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Company Sadif Beikzadeh, deputy oil ministers, members of the Iranian parliament and ambassadors and representatives from foreign countries.
Addressing the ceremony, Paknejad emphasized the importance of the exhibition, and said, “Our goal of holding this exhibition is to display all capacities and capabilities of the country in various sectors of the oil and gas industry. This event is not merely a commercial gathering but a symbol of Iran’s pivotal role in the regional and international energy arena.”
The exhibition covered over 37 specialized sectors of the oil, gas, refining, and petrochemical industries and hosted companies and representatives from 14 countries, including China, Russia, Spain, Italy, South Korea, Germany, and Belarus.
The 29th International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical Exhibition, with the participation of nearly 1,000 Iranian companies and 315 foreign companies, was open to industry professionals until May 11 at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground with the motto of ‘Investment in the Oil Industry, a Guarantee for Economic Growth and Development’.
