Iranian Company Produces Different Types of High-Quality Cartons
Speaking to ANA news agency correspondent on the sidelines of the exhibition "Age of Hope" held and run by the Islamic Azad University in Tehran’s Grand Mosalla, Behnam Kaveh, who had attended the exhibition with the paper products "Liner", "Floating" and "Sesliner", said “The product of our company is packaging paper, and we produce this product from the raw materials of paper waste, which are collected from different cities across the country and transported to our company.”
“There are three packaging paper products, First, "liner" papers, which are used in the manufacturing cardboard boxes and cardboard layers, second "floating" paper, which is mostly used to produce toothed carton, and the third one is "sesliner" paper, which we use as upper surface paper," he added.
Kaveh, who is the technical manger of the paper (cardboard) factory in Saveh County, Markazi province, said that their company is supported by the Islamic Azad University of Saveh.
“We collect the raw materials and bring them to the factory, separate them and pulp them in the Hydopulper containers,” he added.
“After the raw material is pulped in a refining unit, we process it again and separate and reprocess the fibers and put them again in the front part of the production machine which is a design machine.”
The engineer further elaborated on the production process and said, “After dehydrating the pastes and drying, we turn it into paper again. Then we add a series of additives to "Cypress" machine and obtain the required quality cardboard.”
He asserted that the recycling process of the waste paper is both good for the environment in addition to generating revenues for them.
Islamic Azad University's "second step of revolution" under the title of Asreh Omid Event was held in Tehran's Mosalla from May 29 to June 01, 2022 to exhibit new achievements, equipments and products in the technological and innovation arenas in line with opening new windows towards strengthening the idea of creating ground for knowledge-based businesses at the 40th anniversary of establishment of the Islamic Azad University.
