Iranian Students to Take Part at World Robot Contest Championships 2024-Beijing

Speaking to journalists at a press conference held at the University of Tehran, Nader Nobakht, the head of the Iranian robotic teams, said that the robotics teams will go to Beijing on August 4th to participate in the World Robot Contest Championships 2024-Beijing.

Saying that this world championship will be held with the participation of 31 countries, he added that, "Last year, we became the runner-up, but this year, we are trying to become the champion."

Nobakht added that rugby, pathfinder robots, intelligent warriors, data analysis, etc. are among the robotic contests that the Iranian students will be compete ting at in Beijing.

According to him, these competitions will be held The 21-Aug-2024 - 25-Aug-2024, adding that the Iranian students are supposed to participate in 5 leagues.

The head of Iran's student robotics team continued to say that the Iranian student teams that are going to be sent to Beijing had been selected as most talented students after competing in annual nationwide competitions in a variety of leagues.
