Iranian Firm Help Domestic Companies’ Products Shine in International Markets with Nano Coatings
“Since 2014, we entered the field of surface of objects coating by purchasing an Iranian nanocoating machine," Alireza Atash Golestani, the managing director of the Iranian technological company active in the field of nanocoatings said.
“Then after, the work on the use of nanocoating technology began, and we succeeded in obtaining a nano badge. We made our work team more complete so that we can provide the best coating to our customers,” he went on to say.
“We also entered into different fields, including coating kitchen faucets, furniture, tables and chairs. We even had cases that were imported from neighboring countries, and nano coating was done in our company on those cases and were returned to that country,” said the managing director of the company.
He further pointed to the challenge of working with large companies to use this technology, adding, “Some companies used to get this type of coatings before; but because they had not received good services and their products had been returned to them without proper quality check, they were not very satisfied with this type of coating.”
“But when we coated their products for them, they noticed the high quality of our services,” added Atash Golestani.
“Manufacturers are very careful that nano coatings are proper and have no flaws. Quality control is important to us. With the help of adhesion and salt spray tests, our products are controlled, and the Nano headquarters also periodically controls the products,” he added.
Proper adhesion ensures the coating won't chip, peel, or flake prematurely. Salt spray testing simulates harsh environmental conditions to evaluate the coating's ability to withstand corrosion. By subjecting test panels to salt spray tests, you can assess the durability of the coating.
