Iranian App Facilitates Access to All Professional Services

TEHRAN (ANA)- A knowledge-based company in Iran has succeeded in designing and developing a mobile application for urban service management and business owners which minimizes the need for customers’ presence to receive services.

“In the age of technology and specially virtualization, there is an attempt to reduce commuting and presence in public places, specially crowding in public places; therefore, we offered this product which minimizes the need for attendance by virtualizing requests, turns and service delivery, and brings service providers to the venue of application registration in the most optimal time,” said Nasser Mahmoudi, the managing director of the knowledge-based company.

He added that the application can be used in the home sector, business centers and any sector that needs services.

Noting that the application was developed in 2022, Mahmoudi said that there are similar applications in the Iranian market but they just introduce businesses while this product provides two-way and fully interactive communication between the business owners and users, and its strong point is similar possibilities to Google Calendar for the management of time and scheduling service providing to the applicants.

In a relevant development in March, specialists of an Iranian knowledge-based company had also succeeded in designing a mobile version of a web-based system to manage patients and nursing agencies by using artificial intelligence (AI).

The management system of patients and nursing agencies has been designed and produced to make smart and facilitate the services provided by the private and semi-governmental medical and nursing service providers in three nursing groups of children, the elderly and patients.

Patients as users of this system can register a request to receive specialized nursing services on site through the web application, the system automatically manages the requests in the waiting queue and based on the patient's profile information using artificial intelligence.

The companies providing nursing and care services are identified from the database based on the type and record of the patient's illness and send his/her request to those companies based on the nurse's skill score, free capacity, expertise and nursing service tariff.

As soon as the request is accepted by one of the nursing agencies that received the request, the appointment system informs the patient of the time and place of the visit.
