Heidari, who is a Ph.D. undergraduate at the Islamic Azad University, Mashhad branch, told ANA that the company aims at promoting a healthy lifestyle among families.

Toos Kavosh System Noandish Company was established as a technological startup in 2018, she noted.

She made the remarks on the sidelines of the Islamic Azad University's "second step of revolution" under the title of Asreh Omid Event.

Adding chemical substances to food products is a major cause of cardiovascular and nerve diseases and increases the probability of infertility, Heidari stressed.

Therefore, the company decided to produce organic products, she said, adding that buying three million rials (about $10) worth of the company’s products can help families reduce the risk of diseases.

Asreh Omid Event was held in Tehran's Mosalla from May 29 to June 1, 2022.

It aimed to exhibit new achievements and products in the technological and innovation arenas in line with opening new windows towards strengthening the idea of creating ground for knowledge-based businesses at the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Islamic Azad University.

Some 3,000 knowledge-based companies, laboratories, research centers, and startups took part in Asreh Omid Event.

Today, the country's knowledge-based ecosystem accounts for more than three percent of the GDP. And the figure is projected to reach five percent, however, the main goal is to step toward a 10 percent share in GDP, former Vice President for Science and Technology Sorena Sattari said in February.

The share of knowledge-based companies in the country's economy has exceeded 9 quadrillion rials (about $34 billion), and since 2019, it has experienced a growth of more than 450 percent, he stated.

Over the past year, in order to realize a resilient and knowledge-based economy, the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology has implemented a series of activities to further develop the ecosystem of innovation and technology in the country.

In this line, a total of 400 trillion rials (nearly $1.4 billion) of financial services will be allocated to the innovation ecosystem of the country.
