Iranian Company Produces Thermal Evaporation System
Thermal evaporation is one of the most popular methods among deposition processes . Simplicity of operation and proper speed are the notable strengths of this deposition method. Thermal evaporation process is one of the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) methods in which a thin film is deposited on the substrate during a physical process.
This vacuum evaporation system with its suitable dimensions is capable of reaching the desired pressure in a short time and coating process can take place within a few minutes. It is suitable for research, laboratory and electron microscopy applications.
The machine produced by the Tehran-based Nanostructured Coating Company is equipped with a 7 inch touch screen display through which all device control processes are carried out. With the easy to use software system, the user can easily enter the necessary information through this screen, or observe the information related to the layering process (pressure, thickness, layering rate, etc.) during the process in the form of a diagram or data. Also, the machine can record information about the last 300 layers.
The vacuum layer gripping system with the independent evaporation triple-source with a range of 5-9 centimeters is designed in a way that do not contaminate each other.
The homegrown device weighs about 60 kg.
