Islamic Azad University Qualify for Brazil-Hosted FIRA RoboWorld Cup 2024

TEHRAN (ANA)- The Islamic Azad University’s "House of Idea" team won the Iran-hosted competition to qualify for the Brazil-hosted FIRA RoboWorld Cup 2024.

Khaneyeh Eida (House of Idea) team belonging to one of the companies located in Science and Technology Park of Islamic Azad University (IAU) became champion of Firacup Azad Iran International Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition which was held in the city of Tehran in 3 leagues of innovation, warrior robots and mission impossible to qualify for FIRA RoboWorld Cup and Summit 2024.

Firacup Azad Iran International Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition was held in the Shahr-e Aftab International Fair Grund located in the Southern part of Tehran between November 21-24 with the particiaption of 153 Iranian and foreign student robotics teams.

The robotics team of House of Idea won the first place in the main league and the first place in the super team of the mission impossible league at the international competitions.

The Iran-hosted competitions acted as a qualifying competition for the Brazil-hosted FIRA RoboWorld Cup 2024, which will be held in São Luís, Maranhão, Brasil between 5th – 9th August, 2024.
