Iran Unveils 10 New Home-Made Nano-Based Products
The nanotechnology products were unveiled on the sidelines of the 14th International Nanotechnology Exhibition in Tehran.
The products include nano-encapsulated bromelain enzyme which is a mixture of enzymes found in pineapple that digest protein, encapsulated royal jelly which contains a white gelatinous substance that is secreted from the cephalic glands of worker bees, Depostiva which is a long-acting injectable form of triamcinolone for pain relief in osteoarthritis of the knee, gas process compressor which is of the basic needs in the oil, gas, petrochemical and refining industry to make products with a much higher added value than natural gas, covering of steel industry's hot-rolled rollers, catalyst, purification system, Hemosom syrup containing iron sucrose liposomes, syrup containing vitamin B12 and syrup containing folic acid produced by using nanotechnology.
The 14th International Nano Exhibition kicked off in Tehran on November 4 and ended on November 7 in the presence of companies active in the nanotechnology field.
As the biggest nano event in Iran, the 4-day exhibition was an opportunity to get to know about the latest achievements and developments in the field of nanotechnology.
Dozens of nanotechnological companies were present at this year's nano exhibition in various fields like oil and energy, health and health, water and environment, agriculture and packaging, automobile, paint and coating, construction, textiles, and advanced materials, and they are displaying their achievements.
