Iran's Knowledge-Based Firms Make Local Games Equipment

TEHRAN (ANA)- The head of Iran’s Rural Sports Federation and Local Indigenous Games said that Iranian knowledge-based and startup companies make necessary equipment for local indigenous games.

Mohammad Taghi Amiri Khorasani, chairman of Iran’s Rural Sports Federation spoke to ANA correspondent on the sidelines of Age of Hope National Exhibition (Asreh Omid Event) in Tehran during which he said that technology, both software and hardware, help national teams and professional clubs to develop their own sports.

He added that the Islamic Azad-run exhibition will introduce capabilities of knowledge to the field of sports and introduce new opportunities.

The sports official said that he visited ANA news agency’s stand in the Azad University exhibition signed a memorandum of understanding with Amir Abbas Lashgari, the head of Azad University’s sports and physical education department to revive traditional sports, indigenous and local games for Azad University students.
